(the “Company”) held its annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”), at which six proposals were submitted to the Company’s shareholders. The proposals are described in detail in the Company’s proxy statement and management information circular for the Annual Meeting filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 16, 2026 (the “Circular”). A quorum was present for the Annual Meeting. Proposals #1-6 were approved by shareholders, including the election of the seven director nominees. The voting results with respect to each matter are set out below. Proposal #1 To fix the number of directors of the Company to be elected at seven.
