 Regulation FD Disclosure.

  

 Today, New Jersey Natural Gas Company (“NJNG”) issued a press release announcing it submitted its base rate case, annual Basic Gas Supply Service (BGSS),
 Conservation Incentive Program (CIP), and Energy Efficiency filings with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities on June 1, 2026 (the “Press Release”), and published an investor fact sheet summarizing the base rate case filing (the “Investor Fact
 Sheet”). A copy of the Press Release and Investor Fact Sheet are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.
