On June 4, 2026, the annual meeting of shareholders (the “2026 Annual Meeting”) of Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. (the “Company”) was convened. At the close of business on the record date for the 2026 Annual Meeting, there were 27,449,264 shares of the Company's common stock outstanding. A total of 25,943,060 shares of the Company's common stock, or 94.5% of the outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock, were represented in person or by proxy at the 2026 Annual Meeting. The following proposals are described in detail in the Company's Proxy Statement related to the 2026 Annual Meeting. The final voting results for each of the matters submitted to a shareholder vote at the 2026 Annual Meeting are as follows: Proposal 1: Election of Directors.
