 Item 8.01 Other Events.

  

 On June 4, 2026, SSi issued a press release announcing that the world’s longest-distance robotic telesurgery was successfully performed
on May 26, 2026, utilizing the Company’s SSi Mantra surgical robotic system, from Georgetown, Guayana to a patient in Indore, India,
at a communication line distance of more than 12,400 miles (20,000 km).
