 Resignation of Chief Operating Officer

  

 Eric Haynor, who currently serves as the Company’s
Chief Operating Officer, provided notice to the Company of his resignation as Chief Operating Officer effective June 5, 2026. Mr. Haynor’s
resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies,
or practices. A replacement has not been appointed.
