Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Meeting") of CapsoVision Inc (the "Company") was held on June 11, 2026. At the Meeting, the Company's stockholders voted on the following two proposals, each of which is disclosed in more detail in the Proxy Statement filed on April 28, 2026. The stockholders cast their votes as described below. 1. Proposal #1 for the election (re-election) of the Class I Directors. The nominees listed below were re-elected at the Meeting to serve as Class I Directors of the Company until the Company's 2029 annual meeting of stockholders.
