 On June 11, 2026, The Lovesac Company, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the Company’s financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, which ended May 3, 2026. A copy of the Press Release is attached to this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
