On May 27, 2026, TransparentBusiness, Inc., (the “Company”) received notice that Silvina Moschini resigned from her position as Chief Strategy Officer, effective June 1, 2026, due to a transition into the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Unicoin Foundation. A cash severance payment equal to three (3) months of the Officer’s current base salary, totaling $55,000 to be paid in three monthly payments starting on June 12th in accordance with the Company’s payroll practices. Silvina will receive monthly reimbursement of COBRA premium costs for the Officer and their eligible dependents for a period of up to six (6) months, or until the Officer becomes eligible for health insurance coverage from a new employer. A payment for all accrued but unused paid time off (PTO) through the Separation Date, totaling $177,334, will be paid in a lump sum in accordance with applicable state law. Item 9.01.
