On June 10, 2026, Sable Offshore Corp. (the “Company”) held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The following are the matters voted upon at the Annual Meeting and the final results of the votes on such matters: 1. Election of one Class II director to serve until the Company’s 2029 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, and until his successor is duly elected and qualified: Votes For Votes Against Abstentions Broker Non-votes Gregory P.
